Stunning floral watercolor off-shoulder ruffle dress in great vintage condition. Beautiful sheer floral layer with a light pink nylon lining underneath. Waistband is elastic with a sash, and the shoulders also have elastic, and can be worn on or off shoulder as desired. No serious flaws to note, just gentle signs of previous wear.
