Gorgeous puff sleeve dress by Edna Eysen for Ellen Mitchell. Obsessed with this fabric! Buttons up the back and comes with a tie for the waist. Only flaw is one of the 3 loops for the waist tie has come undone but does not affect wear at all. In otherwise great vintage condition.
