Rad butterscotch soft leather fringe cutoff vest by Wilson’s. This was once a jacket, but at some point the sleeves were cut off turning it into a vest. The cut is rather rough but is not visible when worn. The placement of the fringe is super unique, making sleeves of their own in a way. Some marks throughout, see photos
