Shop Policies
Before purchasing online, in-store, or through Instagram, please ask any and all questions you may have about an item; we are always happy to provide additional photos and information. Items are described to the best of our abilities, however we have a very small staff (3 people currently) and one person who handles all online listings, sales & order fulfillment; all to say there may be very minor flaws we do not catch. Each item in our shop has a past life, and will therefore show general signs of wear. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented in regards to condition, dimensions, or photos. In some cases, items may be exchanged for store credit.

All in-store sales are final. Exchange for store credit may be an offered option at discretion of management.

Online sales may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receiving, and must be in the same condition as received. Refunds are only available if grossly misrepresented or up to the discretion of management. This guideline does not include vendor sales.

All vendor sales are final, both online and in-store. No refunds or exchanges for store credit may be made unless grossly misrepresented. *Please note that some of our online products are vendor consignment items; we will always disclose if this is the case at the top of a listing.

If you are purchasing from us via DM on Instagram, please keep in mind that we sell on a first to checkout basis. We do not hold items or mark them as sold before payment is sent. If you request and are sent an invoice, please pay immediately; we will send you one reminder if you do not, but otherwise we will have to move on to the next buyer. Our Vendor Sales & Online Sales guidelines still apply if shopping our Instagram by DM.

Domestic Orders
We ship USPS through First Class and Priority Mail usually no more than 3 days past your order date. If you would like insurance added to your order, please let us know beforehand. Insurance will be added for larger orders at no additional cost. We are not responsible for items after shipment, and cannot issue refunds for lost packages. However, feel free to reach out if you need help locating your package - we'll do what we can!

*International Orders
We ship anywhere and everywhere! International shipping worldwide is $25 and is automatically charged at checkout. There may be some locations that exceed this amount; we may invoice you for additional shipping if so. We ship first class international unless otherwise specified. Insurance is added to international orders. If you have requests or questions regarding customs, please email us shortly after placing an order. We are not responsible for items after shipment, and cannot issue refunds for lost packages. However, feel free to reach out if you need help locating your package - we'll do what we can!
