Unique & handmade 1920s-30s inspired novelty striped blouse in great vintage condition. Features a large velvet appliqué mask on the front that also serves as a pocket. Top has raw hems at the arms and hem. Not sure of the material, it's soft and thin with a similar feel to wool. Mischievous and one of a kind.
