We ship USPS through First Class and Priority Mail. If you would like insurance added to your order, please let us know beforehand. Insurance will be added for larger orders at no additional cost. We are not responsible for items after shipment, and cannot issue refunds for lost packages. However, feel free to reach out if you need help locating your package - we'll do what we can!
Online sales may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receiving, and must be in the same condition as received. Refunds are only available if grossly misrepresented or up to the discretion of management.
