Beautiful vintage tiered fringe flapper dress in good vintage condition. Neckline features rhinestones that continue to the back of the dress. Some of the fringe is missing/loosening in a few areas, but is not very noticeable at all. Few rhinestones are also coming loose, not noticeable.
